Each unit consists of living room, bedroom, kitchen, bath, 2 walk-in storage rooms and walkout to a small private garden/patio. Size approximately 750 square feet. Rent at present time: $343.00 monthly including carport and shared laundry facilities. Tenants pay heat & hydro.

    4 apartments (2 semi-detached raised bungalows) which was completed in 1989. Size approximately 1000 square feet with the same features plus extra room in basement and each with own laundry facilities. Each apartment has a fair sized garden and driveway. Rent at present time: $ 463.00 monthly. Tenants pay heat & hydro.

Qualifications needed by applicants for Senior Apartments

    Anyone who is retired and is at least 60 years of age or is receiving Government Disability Pension is eligible to live in one of the apartments at Sunset Villa.

    Applicants must have been members in good standing of the Association for the last five (5) years prior to the application.

    Applicants shall be capable of maintaining their own household, no nursing home facilities are provided at Sunset Villa.
